I bottled some hefe with lemon and brewed a Jamaican style brew in spirit of my upcoming trip to the islands

ramping up my starter, and got some oak chips and vanilla beans soaking in some makers mark for my weekend brew of vanilla bourbon ale.
i wish i had the energy/time to brew during the week.
