So I have my controller for my Brutus 20 all wired up but I am getting no power to the outlet. The LED on my SSR lights up so it must be getting power but when I test with a multimeter I get no read at all from SSR outlet of the PID. Has anyone else run into something like this?

Serious advice - you should understand all the components and how to wire them before plugging it in.
SSR has a + & - set of terminals for the control trigger. The other two terminals are power in & power out.
