Ive been on the site for a while and have yet to see this forum. I have made about 8 batches, 2 all grain, which turned out awful, so I am still doing partial until I get it right. I love big beers, especially double IPA, but now with the rise in the cost of hops, I may have to brew some big dark beers.... maybe an Imperial Stout?
