Hey all, I made a dumb mistake, I didnt plan out my brewing dates properly and school and work started to get in the way. I totally forgot to take any gravity readings the last two days to make sure it wasnt still fermenting. However, I did take one today (after I already sanitized the bottles and started to prepare my priming sugar) I already put a lot of work in today and would rather not do it all again in a couple days(I have two tests this week) the gravity has only changed .002 degrees within the last 2 weeks. Think it would be okay if I go ahead and bottle, im pretty sure its done fermenting, but im wondering if anyone has done this before??

All my dates are below to give a better idea of my process.

Black IPA:

Brewed 2/17/13 OG= 1.060
Transfered to Carboy 2/24
Gravity reading 2/24 = 1.015
Dry hopped 3/3 for 5 days
Gravity reading today = 1.013
