I like the port idea. I think this next years batch will have to be port. I will add port to my barrel to keep it wet this year. This past year was rum, but its hardly noticeable considering the intense amount of black malt I used this time. I will see what the liquor store has for sale as LBV and blend with a bit of tawny maybe.
