The brass is shiny, nice and can be shined up even better. There are no dings or dents.
The cap and screw cover are plastic and have chipping but can easily be spray painted or touched up.
The faucet is complete with elbow shank and everything you need to start dispensing.
This is an older faucet, but has been recently taken apart and cleaned and I testify that it pours great!
