Hi Guys,

first of all I want to say hello to everyone;) till now I was more just on the reading side :) So please excuse my bad english.

I startet to make DIY recipes and writing about food with a good friend.
And our first try was to make a Gind&Tonic completly by our own,
so if you guys are interessted, here is our first part (the Tonic Water / Homemade)

We used Rapid Infusion to speed it up (we get it ready to serve in just 30 minutes)

For the main ingredients we used cinchona bark / lemon / orange / lime / staranis / juniper berries

Please tell me if you like it, or what could we do better!
Is it easy to understand?

Do you have a good recipe what we could do with the rapid infusion?
I love to do Videos .. so maybe this is the next Video than.

Currently I am working on the Video for the Gin in 30 minutes.


So I hope you like what I do, I am very new in this recipe posting thing;)

After our Rapid infused DIY Tonic Water, we tried to use the rapid infusion technique to create our own infused Gin!
If you liked the previous Thread, I could post about our Homemade Gin too.

It's not a "real" Gin, but it is ready in just Minutes! ...
We would be curious what you think.
