Well Its almost done

1Can Alexanders Pale Malt Liquid Extract
6lbs Pilsen Light Malt Dry Extract
3oz Cascade Hops 60min
1oz mystery Hop 50min
1oz mystery Hop 30min
1oz mystery Hop 10min
Nottingham Dry Yeast


O.g. 1.080
F.g. 1.017-1.021

Its fermented for 5 days and is at 1.022 so I think its about finished.:ban:
 
What is mysery hop? Is this a joke term or are you really using a weed? How did you determine that it would be useful & safe for hopping your recipe?
 
With 6 ounces of hops, even mystery hops, it's going to be one bitter ass beer. I think your last statement is incorrect. There is no way that a beer that big and hoppy is "finished" at 5 days. Two months from now maybe.

I don't disagree But Im just using what the hydrometer read?
