quick question that i'm probably missing the "jist" of.
let's say i'm brewing an imperial stout and have a bunch of dry yeast packets laying around.
and, it's an extract w/ steeping grains recipe.
it's a winter warmer type brew i'm shooting for that will age from now until the holidays.
focusing only on dry yeast, would rehydrating more packets than normal (let's say 4) increase the amount of fermentation vs using 2 packs?
