Nice pictures. How about a recipe for a fellow extract brewer? I'm anxious to hear what kind of hops and yeast you are using to brew that monster.

This is a Mini Mash from Austin Homebrew Supply

I used 2oz Chinook
1 1/2oz Centennial
1oz Cascade Hops
2 Vials of American Ale Yeast and 1 packet of dry wine yeast


HOLY COW !!! I pitched an aerated around 7pm last night, and at 5am when I left for work the Krausen was almost out of the primary... when I got home at 2pm this afternoon the airlock has exploded and krausen is everywhere... :( but hey its ferminting like crazy
