I am hoping to get some feedback about what type of hops/addition and amount schedule for my dunkelweizen recipe. I have and am considering the following hops:

Hallertau Mittlefruh (the obvious choice)
Palisade
Warrior
Nugget

How would it turn out if I only used Hallertau? Here is the recipe

Partial Mash the following in 2 gal. cooler at ~152
2 lb pale wheat malt
2 lb munich malt
0.125 lb chocolate malt
0.125 lb carafa II malt

Add 3 lbs wheat DME (beginning of boil or late addition?) Since I am not really concerned about hop utilization, I am thinking beginning.

Then hops??

Yeast: WLP 300

Help please!!!

I think it would turn out alright with just hallertau. You would probably need around 1.5 to 2 ounces for your bittering addition, and maybe a 1/2 ounce for flavor. I wouldn't add any aroma hops.

The DME has already been boiled, so you could get away with late addition.

Any suggestions about other hops to use? If I need to match the style better I can run to the LHBS.

So the flavor addition would be at around 15 minutes?
