So I am new to this community but not to homebrew at all. So today I decided to make a brew with the malt I have at my house.

The malts were:
46% German pilsner malt
25% Munich malt
17% Wheat malt
7% Vienna malt
5% Carapils
Estimated OG: 1.049-1.057
Estimated FG: 1.012-1.015
EBC (srm): 13°EBC (7° srm)

I looked into the bjcp style guidelines and didn't find anything close (the wheat throws it off).
The reason for this thread is both for deciding IBU and style.
Thanks in advance

Until next time RDWHAHB
Yours sincerely Tarnas

Postum scriptum. I will make this with a lager yeast

without a hopping schedule and IBU, there's no way to tell what 'style' the brew will be. grain bill looks good tho.

+1

That malt bill will produce a pale beer. Actual BJCP style will depend on the hops and schedule you choose, but who really cares, eh? I'd suggest bittering with about 14 grams Magnum at 45 mins, then use 18 grams Fuggles at 15 and 18 grams Fuggles at 5... a nice English-y hopped ale that goes great with meat an potatoes ;)
