Anybody have a good extract recipe for a German style pilsner? Something ala Paulaner or Bitburger. Paulaner is excellent if you can get it close to the source, I don't think shipping treats pilsners very kindly and I can never seem to find a decent fresh pilsner near where I am.

Closest American pils I've found that I like is Victory Pils. Also, in terms of extract, anybody use bierkeller? Or should I just go with the freshest light malt I can find.

Thanks!

Briess sells a very light pilsner DME. I have used it for kolsch and it came out very nice.
1lb grain=.6lb DME
