Brewers,
I'm looking for a way to measure the amount of CO2 that I've put into a given keg. While I don't like to do the overpressure/shake method, sometimes I want to speed things up a bit. Or maybe I want to get the shake method spot-on and know exactly how much CO2 I've put into solution.
I've looked at a couple of flow meters, but those seem to be focused on rate of flow, not on total flow measured (for oxygenating, etc).
Maybe I'm just missing the name of the piece of hardware I need, but I'd love some ideas.
