Hi Again!
I just bottled my first batch 4 days ago, today I saw that I was screwing up. I put it directly in the refrigerator at about 40 degrees, was that a fatal mistake for this batch or will the yeast carbonate it? I put it at room temp today in hopes it will recover.

Thanks

Leave it out at room temp for a couple of weeks, and it should be fine.

brewing is a constant learning process. your yeast might take a little while to wake back up but you'll be fine

Based on bottle size, 2 weeks for 12oz 2 1/2 for 16oz and 3 for 22oz. I would add a a few more days to let those sleepy yeast wake up.
