In regard to the meth thing (**** them) it says:

Even though I can't find it on their website, I paid $8 for 1 gal of this.

The guy at CountyMax did say that if I could provide a NYS certified veterinary license he could order it for me..... Damn... I must have left it somewhere......

so get 1 gal at 1%. Seems like that fits in the law... or am I misreading? How close are you to state lines? If all else fails there might be an internet chemical/dairy supply that you could order from to save some money.
(see how easy that dumb law is to circumvent?) Annoys the honest people and in the end does nothing.
