Please take a look at this all grain APA recipe and make any suggestions you think might help. I want this APA to be malty, but not so much as to take away from the bitterness, and I want that awesome citrus and grapefruit aroma. Any suggestions are welcome!

I actually thought about doing that. I just don't want to add too much sweetness and take anything away from the bittering. I will consider it though.
