I made up a Coopers Mexican beer extact kit 3/22
I put it in a 5 gal secondary on 3/28
There has been a steady stream of very small bubbles since then...
The alcohol is supposed to be around 8%...
I'm not worried but this is about my 7th beer in secondary and I have never seen the little bubbles in the others.
I won't bottle until they stop. Should I be worried?

What yeast strain is in that kit? Anyone know? I imagine they're trying to emulate Corona, so it might be a lager strain. Lager strains are more notorious for those tiny bubbles, because it's a bottom-fermenting yeast...the lager strains clump together more easily, and fall towards the bottom, where they do the bulk of the fermenting, then offgas CO2, which is what the bubbles are. With ale yeasts, they tend to "top-ferment", so you see a more roiling, turbulent fermentation. They're still offgassing Co2, it's just not as prim and proper as the bottom-fermenting lager strains. In any case, this is an obvious sign that it's still fermenting. Don't touch it until you stop seeing activity---and then, take gravity readings several days apart and see if there is any change in gravity. If not, then you can bottle.

EDIT: I see your picture now. I've had ales that did that kind of thing...and you'll see a gravity drop over the course of like 2 or 3 weeks. Not much you can do right now, just let it go until the bubbles stop...then see above.

Thanks for the reply...Still working on my record keeping...
I have only done ales, I will check the gravity when the bubbles stop...
I did 14 batches my first month and am about ready to go all grain...

14 batches your first month! That's incredible! Did you do it at one of those places that has all the necessary equipment?

Also, the marion berry wine a made a while back looked just like your posted picture when it was fermenting. It did that for over a year...

8% in a Mexican beer?
You'll usually get a 7.5% Corona in Mexico when you ask for a 'Cerveza'. I'm don't know about the northern regions, but from my experience in the south you are served a 7.5% Corona when you ask for a 'Cerveza'. It might be my sorry excuse for Spanish, but you do get beers labeled as 7.5%ABV.

They claimed 8% in the add...It was 1.064 after boil...

As for the 14 batches...Did it on my stove...I have 6, 4 and 3 gal pots...
5 primary fermenters and 6 secondaries...and we had them all going at once...
I have 5 secondaries going in my g/f's bedroom...
For sex..She watches porn...I watch the beer....
