Circle polish on brew kettle

Has anyone attempted to do a circle polish on their kettle?

I saw a picture of this kettle online and thought it looked really cool.

No I am more concerned about the inside of the kettle and what I can do with that... Quick question, is Mormonville really a town in Utah?
