You might end up with a super clear beer, but everything that goes in the fermenter will drop out in the trub, and Irish moss shouldn't affect the flavor or anything like that.

Click to expand... Excess clarity? Haha, just kidding. Irish Moss won't change the flavor, at least not that much; I bet it'll be fine. Your beer should be super clear!
