I just finished a five gallon batch of BrandonO's graff recipe. I just put it all in the carboy and finished aerating it but I have noticed that it is separating into distinct layers already. It is not homogenous, but it has also not yet begun fermentation. Will fermentation help to homogenize it or am I F*c*ed?

I will post a pic if needed.

Here is the pic, fermentation hasn't started up yet but if you guys could tell me what is going on that would be great.

So I have waited the night and it has settled pretty well on the bottom. There are about 2 inches of it on the bottom. Anyone who has brewed graff before, is this common or did I do something wrong? I guess only time will tell.
