My starter had that delightful diaper stink but tasted OK. I forgot to check it before I started brewing and since I won't be able to get more yeast for a few days, I pitched it. I used the White labs Kolsch/German Ale (WLP029). It is the first time I used a starter and I'm Just wondering if the batch will be OK.
