I am brewing a strong belgian ale this weekend, the hops I have on hand are chinook, cascade, willamete, summit and argentine cascade.

Which hops should I use for this? I am leaning towards the argentine cascade since they are a acceptable sub for halluruttu. I wonder if willamete for bittering and argentine cascade for aroma would be a good idea? Maybe just all argentine?

The Willamette and argentine cascade combination sounds good.

Thanks much! That is exactly what I did.

2.00 oz willamete at 60
1.00 oz argentine cascade at 15
1.00 oz argentine cascade at 5

The OG of this beer is 1.100.....it will age a while...no need for a flameout addition.
