Hi guys

Before long I am looking to brew a partial mash tripel. I tasted an awesome tripel brewed with Citra lately and I want to try the same for my first tripel.

I am looking to do a batch of 13 l (3,4 gallons). Would I be way of with a recipe like this one, and is there anything in particular I should look out for?

67% 3.000 kg Pilsner (2 Row) Ger
22% 1.000 kg Corn Sugar (Dextrose)
11% 0.500 kg Light Dry Extract

Calculated OG 1.089
Calculated FG 1.024

boil 60 mins 10 Citra pellet 11.0
boil 10 mins 10 Citr pellet 11.0
boil 5 mins 20 Citra pellet 11.0
Flameout 20 Citra pellet 11.0

1 packet of Safbrew T-58 Dry Yeast

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
