I'm Philsner from Sacto,


Buying equipment for my first brew this Saturday...planning on a 5 gallon carboy 5 gallon airlock and a 5 abottling bucket with siphon tubing and bottling spigot thing with a clone partial mash recipe yet to be determined (liquid white labs) and lots of love. No wort chiller but I am confident in my 155 degree steeped grains.

Wish me luck...any ideas, pointers, watch outs? Grandiose help?

Starting with a partial mash will be a bit difficult, I recommend doing some reading in the wiki.
