so i am small scale brewing with one bucket and one 6gal better bottle carboy.
i m planning to buy another carboy soon to brew more but i have reservations about doing it before fall comes. i have a fermentation chamber that holds one carboy OR one bucket at a time. my question is, if when my primary ferment is done (bucket), can i transfer it to a secondary (carboy) and leave it in a closet without temp control and have it be okay? This would speed up turn around time for me exponentially. Unless there are tricks you guys have figured out to speed things up? thanks -cheers
