Can I combine two seperate (same beer/receipe)10 gallon batches into one 20 gallon fermentor, or do I treat as different?

I don't see why not.
many folks do split boils if they do do all grain in their kitchen.

I brewed 3 batches (same recipe) that a co-worker wanted for his rehearsal dinner. One batch was a little low FG wise so I blended all three for consistancy.
He got one keg and I got 2. The last one is on tap now.
You can blend a sweet beer with a bitter one to balance it out also...or the other way around.
