Got 6 hop plants growing and at harvest time i want to experiment a little. I was thinking mashing one 5 gallon wort then do 3 different 1.5ish gallons using my fresh hops. I can add diifferent hops at different stages of the boil. My question is what style would work the best for my plans. Also take anything other ideas

I'm thinking something pale so that most of the flavor would be from the hops.

Maybe a pale ale, mildly hopped or a pale hopped as an IPA.

Different combinations would be interesting.

Use by weight, so 1oz of whole is the same as 1oz of pellet. Dry the hops before you use them too.

Go for a SMaSH recipe, so that you get what the hops are, or how they differ. I'd go with a simple 2 row base malt (love Maris Otter in my SMaSH recipe).
