Lets talk about how we might use this.

$99 Lowes. Comes with a 9oz Cylinder. 20oz cylinder available.
Exchangable tanks at Lowers via Blue Rhino. $6 for the small ~$9 for the large. Same tank as paint markers?

I know you might be able to retro something else cheaper, but this has triple threat potential:
1.) Intended use (air tools)
2.) Beer
3.) OBA (for Jeeping)

IDK if the guage reads the pressure or allows adjustment. If not a secondary might be spliced inline on the hose.

At the very least the idea that Lowes will be carring these tanks for exchange is very cool.

Thoughts?

I really like this idea. Looks like the price has dropped to $89 (new link: http://www.lowes.com/pd_82384-61735...pl=1&currentURL=/pl__0__s?Ntt=kobalt+portable). While that's awfully expensive for a regulator, it would remove the need for one of those little paintball-to-standard-regulator adapters. It looks really compact, but I wonder if you could easily replace the 10' hose with something smaller.

Hooking one of these to a 9oz paintball tank and a 5 gal. corny would be perfect for a road trip!
