Big Red Evil Twin chuggin' away

just thought I'd share a video (taken last night) of my first all grain brew chugging away in primary. this is my version of JZ's Evil Twin, fermenting with California V ale yeast. came in at 1.070 OG. almost brings a tear to my eye.

Nice. I always use a bucket to ferment, so I don't get to see the action.

haplo - my 2nd primary is a bucket... always leaves me wanting to crack open the lid and check out what's going down.

I dont put primaries in a Better Bottle very often but when I do I will sit and watch it. Just sit and watch it. So cool.

Ditto here, kinda cool to watch. I just sit and watch the airlocks, and occasionally will give the lid a squeeze to get the amazing aroma to hit me in the face!
