Just bought the new John Mellencamp disc and it's great. T Bone Burnett has definitely put his stamp on this one and that is a good thing. Not a single Chevy commercial candidate song on the entire recording. :rockin:
This is Mellencamp's best album by far.
Of course, I've been following T Bone's career since the Rolling Thunder Review and Alpha Band days and IMO if he's involved, 9 times out of 10 it'll be great. He seems to bring out the best in the artists he works with.
Anyone else pick this one up?
