Hi Everyone,
A buddy and I are homebrewing for the first time in South Philly. We got our stuff from the excellent Homesweet Homebrew at 19th and Sansom and currenlty have a Darkstar Brown Ale in primary fermentation. We'll rack it soon, and will keep you updated on our progress.
