This was another beer "first" for me. You know, one of the things you remember and tell other people, "Boy, I remember when I first tried this".
My first beer.
My first craft beer.
My first homebrewed beer.
My first lambic...
I'll say that the bar was set mighty high for what I want to achieve in my own brewing efforts after having one of these. They are an absolute pleasure to drink.

Was the recipe originally in this thread? I'm looking for a clone of lindemanns framboise and was hoping this would help.
I too am looking for a lindeman's raspberry framboise and a recipe would greatly appreciated.
Only 4 batches under my belt, but this is what my g/f likes to drink. And reading about the long ferment times, sounds like I better get started on it, hah. It's either this or a half batch of imperial stout (she doesnt drink a lot and im not a big fan of it)
