It's supposed to be a Imperial Pomegranate Hefeweizen but there is less than 50% wheat so I dunno what to call it. Anyone wanna help me estimate the alcohol content and whether or not it will be any good?

5lbs light malt extract
4 lbs wheat grain
2 lbs 2-rowgrain
1 lb vienna grain
1/2 lb carpils grain
2 oz Halletaur 4.5% alpha
1 gal Pomegranite juice
WLP 320 yeast

I am hoping to get this to at least 8% alcohol

Try plugging it in the Recipator
