It's a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale recipe I got from Clone Brews. Been in the bottle only 2 weeks, but I just had to try one before bringing some out for Easter. I was a little worried about it since I my bottling spigot started to leak and I had to reach in and retighten the nut during bottling. Maybe I'll call this one "Hairy Arm Pale Ale"!
Bottling my Apricot Ale tomorrow and my Dogfish Head 60 is still bubbling along after a week in the primary. :rockin:
 
Those will be a lot better for the Kentucky Derby if you can wait that long.

And (no offense) carbonation isn't complete yet. Good at two weeks bottled, more better at three weeks.

I know it is hard to wait. Try putting just a sixer back in a closet somewhere until Saturday May 3. Enjoy the rest in the meantime. No matter how good your beer isnow, and I bet itis good, it will be even better later.
