Ok well my first brew was a red ale and I fermented it way too hot, and it tasted like rocket fuel and it was pretty much undrinkable. Well I have let it sit in the closet for about 3 months and decided to try one today and can I say holy freaking crap it tastes amazing, I absolutely love it. So to all the newb brewers out there please be patient you are doing your self a big favor.
