Hello everyone,
I've been a long time lurker here, but now I figure it's about time to become a more active member of this community. I just finished my education at Ohio University, so now I have more time to share my brewing experiences/trials/failures with you all. I've been brewing since September 2008 whenever I had the chance. I've done 8 batches so far, and am in the process of upgrading to an all-grain setup. I planted hops last March, and my Cascades climbed to the top of my 15' trellis I built for them and are loaded with cones! My friends and I refer to our beer making operation as Walnut Hills Brewing, so from Athens, Ohio, I just wanted to say: Cheers!
