I think this is more out of curiosity, though I'd really like to build a 2.5bbl system some day so I can fill a 55 gallon barrel in one brew. The system I'm imagining would need 6 5500 watt element and use an tankless water heater as an HLT.
I've seen 6000W high density, but I'm curious if others have found anything higher than 5500W in the Ultra low density variety?
