I really like New Glarus' Moon Man. Easy drinking, hoppy, not overly bitter. Just really nice for summer. I want to do something similar, but have it be more spicy/earthy (keeping citrus on the low side) hops thats appropriate for late October drinking.

Here's what I've got so far. I'm not super familiar with Chinook and Willamete, but they sound decent for what I'm going for. Thoughts or suggestions?
