I was actually just thinking that this might be my next brew. I had this while in Chicago earlier this year, and it was quite magnificent.

Here is the recipe I was considering -

Amount Item Type % or IBU
6.25 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 53.19 %
2.00 lb Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 17.02 %
1.00 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 8.51 %
1.00 lb Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 8.51 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 4.26 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 4.26 %
0.50 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 4.26 %

1.00 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] (60 min) Hops 14.1 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (60 min) Hops 17.3 IBU
