I'm in the process of brewing Edwort's Kolsch as my first AG brew. Hit the strike water dead on (thanks Beersmith!)and has held 151 for 35 minutes now. Will keep updating as the process unfolds. Fantastic experience.

Man, I gave up on tunes while brewing. Propane burners are too loud! Congrats on the AG.

I can't wait to crank the tunes on Sunday when I brew. My 4 year old is gonna help too, I've been training him. The other day I asked him what the 4 ingredients in beer were and he rattled them right off. So proud

Congrats!!! Did my first AG last Sunday and it is by far the most rewarding brewing experience. Already have my next 2 batches planned and can't wait to go at it again.
