I'm in the process of brewing Edwort's Kolsch as my first AG brew. Hit the strike water dead on (thanks Beersmith!)and has held 151 for 35 minutes now. Will keep updating as the process unfolds. Fantastic experience.

I can't wait to crank the tunes on Sunday when I brew. My 4 year old is gonna help too, I've been training him. The other day I asked him what the 4 ingredients in beer were and he rattled them right off. So proud :)

Done! Target OG was 1.049 and I hit 1.051 (my boil off was slightly higher than the test run) but I am Pumped that I hit it that close. Plus a bit of extra abv wont hurt :rockin:

Congrats!!! Did my first AG last Sunday and it is by far the most rewarding brewing experience. Already have my next 2 batches planned and can't wait to go at it again.
