I don't know much about brewhouse efficiency or nuthin' but I find it's way easier to participate in a conference call when you batch sparge!

Very nice, your getting paid to brew! I still haven't had much luck with batch sparging though. First time I tried it my OG was 20 points low. Never tried it again. Maybe now that I have a bit more AG experience I'll give it another try.

I work from home too. Batch sparging wins for me........Actually, I don't think I was fly sparging correctly when I did that and always had tannins.

I too have been known to work on the lappy in the garage while keeping an eye on the mash and boil. Two birds, one stone. Nice.
