When I took that picture I just knew you'd pick out the SN, haha The funny thing is, I'd love to see more of those pics, but he's just going about it all wrong

I am quite the de Dolle fanboy and I don't hide it a bit. I've got an 08 SN I'll probably drink this Xmas.

You want cellar porn?

I've added another batch of lamebic since I took the pic and there's a few cases of homebrew not in the pic. Less than 3 cases of commercial stuff norm pictures, but it's all boxed anyway. ;)

Here's an impressive cellar (not mine) and I didn't get his geuze shelf in there.

Complete novice here, but my first home brew beer turned out pretty well. It's an English Nut Brown Ale that I named in honor of my favorite English character by my favorite English nut: Fawlty Brown Ale! I bottled a two gallon batch a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. I drank several at Thanksgiving, but the one I had yesterday was really getting the carbonation to the right level. I'm not a pro, but I'm happy with it. I have a small batch of dry stout just about to finish the primary fermentation...looking forward to that in about a month!

I hate you,I'm so jelious, your buddy's celler is awesome.
Is there anything in the milkjugs in yours?

Gawd I hope they're empty. Our house belonged to a dairyman and his son didn't clean out their stuff very well. I've been thinking about making bar stools from them when I get a few more tractor seats.

Hope the Spartans slay the bucks tonight so ten country's best conference can win the national championship gain.

Quite impressive, but I'm surprised you're able to overlook the fact that he has DFH in his cellar

All the DFH is from when they were still good. Several raison d'extranwece talked about drinking for years and never opened, 90 minute in the 750, first few years of wws (mostly all terrible now) etc

I hope coffee can cover up crap base beer. Bottled one this week that is one of the worst beers I've ever made. Will be rebrewing style very soon with different yeast and specialty malta

Lol if you use enough sure. I went with a recipe for Ithica Nut Brown as the base and just used about 3/4 cup of French press coffee so it comes through but definitely can still taste the brown ale

AHS sour ginger peach ale. Ugh, how many more bottles of this to I have?

You bas tards made me do it. When I picked uo the single bottle of bcbs earlier he said they had one more 4 pack and one more single. I drove back after 20 minutes of contemplation and went back. Swmbo said to go get it after seeing me thinking too much about whether to get it or not. Gotta love her :-D I hope this lives up to the hype! Damn no correct saturday haha.

Amb that's why I've never bought a kit.......

And this is why I never bought a kit before this one. It sounded interesting enough so I just said what the heck, I've never bought a kit. I'll see how it is. Now I know to stick to my own recipes.
