Strawberry wine top off

I racked my strawberry wine today because it had so much sediment on the bottom. After I was done I was about a half gallon short of topping off. I was wondering what I should use to top off, besides water? White wine, grain alcohol, or maybe bourbon?
 
You can use white wine. Sauvignon Blanc maybe, something that's fruity.

For mine I found a raspberry wine that worked well.
