Is this something you can do with wine? Or is it strictly for beer? Only asking cause the hydro sample I took yesterday and was saving for swmbo sat in the fridge overnight, dropped all yeast out of suspnsion and cleared it up nicely. So naturally i got to wondering if this was an option.
 
Of course. But with wine, you have time to wait for it to fall out naturally. Wine does get "Cold Stabilized" That is a different deal though.
