I got a receipt that calls for 1.5oz fuggles 4.7%AA for bittering and want to use Galena %11to bitter instead, how much would I use?

I like to brew but do not get into all the math and I should.

I don't get into the math that much either. Close enough is usually good enough for me. But I am still in the experimentation phase. When I finally get the last of the equipment for AG - first order of business is perfecting an Irish Red and APA recipe. That is when the math will be important.

Chimone: I know...:D

I was just trying to show him HOW it's done. (If he's smart he'll put the formula in an Excel spreadsheet or just cut and paste and substitute his own numbers in the future...);)

Raffie: You should...

NWernBrewer: You should at least practice a little before you have to do it for real...:mug:
