Just curious. Does it matter if I add cold water to the wort or warm waster?? I usually use luke warm water...

I use cold water all the time for everything, even when I'm filling the kettle to bring to a boil.

Cold water has less ability to hold dissolved chemicals in it. Hot/warm water has been sitting in my water heater tank too long for my comfort. It may be just me but look at a glass of your hot water coming out of the tap vs your cold water coming out of the tap. I would rather have the cold water going into my beer.

Use whichever is adventageous. Use hot water when adding during the boiling process and cold water (or even frozen water) to help cool faster before pitching yeast.
