I've carbonated only water and beer, but I've been tempted to carbonate some fruit juice and other things as well.

What's the weirdest? What was the best?

I've got a kiddo now, and soon he'll be enjoying fun drinks. He loves fizzy water already.
 
I just bought my kegging system 2 weeks ago and immediately force carbed some Plum wine that had been bulk aging for 8 months. I have a Brew Hose cream Ale that I just started (it was free) and will keg that in a few weeks. I also have some Crab Apple wine that I will force carb after i buy my 3rd keg then its time to finally do an AG. I just built my mash/lauter tun but have not soldered it together yet. Cant wait.
