That's the question. How much priming sugar for 5 gallons of Irish Red :mug:at @ 68*? Thanks.
 
Depends on how carbonated you want it. The style calls for 2.1 - 2.6 volumes of pressure. So for a 5 gallon batch, you'll want between 2.97 - 4.31 ounces of corn sugar based on desired carbonation. Good luck!
 
thanks. I always love the fast responses on this site (as I am at least drinking a flanders sour. nice and complex for 1 year in oak).
