Elephant Lager Clone

Woo Hoo....
Just got done upgrading my old brew stand from 5 to 10gal! Originally it was a HERMS but was converted to SIM (1999). I hope my old 16 qt steam generator is up to the task .

Anyway, the first 10gal brew will be a Carsberg Elephant Clone. Wish me luck!

Nice choice! I remember drinking that years ago and I found a recipe for it in a clone book I just bought. This one is definetly on my to brew list!

I remember playing beer pong with CEML. Man did the chunks fly on my opponent.
